Q.Does the price include delivery?
A.Yes, however our drivers are always grateful if a renter would like to leave a tip which can be added during order checkout.

A.Credit Cards only.
Q.What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A.Please note that we require a non refundable deposit payment up front, which will be credited toward the full balance. All orders will be charged in full 7 days prior to delivery date. If you need to cancel your order within 7 or less days before delivery, there will be no refund.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a 15% Credit Card deposit.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

Yes, the renter is responsible and will be charged the replacement fee if the item is damaged and or is no longer rentalable.
